About what you would expect from a cheap motel.

We have booked for 2 rooms, 1 room there was no hot water at all. Hair dryer was there but jot working. Room key had never worked, even after they changed it. The other room had hot water but no hair dryer at all. This hotel does not deserve the value.

Excellent stay as always

The hotel ia dated but upgrading. New tiles in the room. Bathroom is old and needs upgrade.

Great location . Walking to lots of restaurants. Nice confortable bed.

I'm in McAllen every week and stay at this hotel.

Very honest!

The bed was sunken in so our backs hurt. There were cigirette burns in the bedding, and the couch was all ripped up. Water pressure was terrible. Felt like I was showering in a sink.
