Staff helpful and welcoming. The hotel is the bottom 2 floors of a high rise building. The rooms are a bit drab, and the lighting poor, but there is a kettle and tea/coffee. It is in the Mardin new town, in the suburbs, so you always have to take a bus or a dolmus to get to where the action is - definitely out on the limb. Breakfast is plentiful. A reasonably priced hotel for families, not for those who may want to enjoy an evening out.

It was very clean place to stay. Location is great

The people working at the AZD are great and very helpful. The rooms are comfortable enough for the price, and the location is decent considering it's outside the old city. The old city is an easy taxi ride away. The tough part was that our wifi didn't work in the room, and it was never resolved. I hoped to catch up on work, but had to work from the lobby, the restaurant, and the nearby mall. This was not ideal. Overall it was a fine stay.

Great hotel with helpful staff, nice interior and good breakfast. Our room was very well equipped - good AC, large bed, big fridge, sofa, tables, etc. The only issue is the WiFi - practically unusable, had to use mobile data for the whole stay.

Good location, nice staff and helpful staff. Great Price for a large room. Comfortable living area and bed. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel when in Mardin. Breakfast is pretty standard.

really splendid hotel, exceeded my best expectations) rooms are like modern cozy apartments, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was just excellent. area is safe and convinient, transport stops few steps away. stayed two nights and was very pleased with my choice, really would recommend to stay here, it's about ten minutes by minibus to old city center. and dolmus to diyarbakir stops near down the road, that was a nice bonus for me)

17-19 Mayıs 2025 tarihlerinde 2 günlük konaklamamız esnasında kapıdan girdiğimiz andan itibaren çok iyi karşılandık. Odalar gayet temiz ve ferahtı. Günlük temizlik ve havlu değişimi yapıldı. Kahvaltısı oldukça çeşitli ve iyiydi. Otoparkının olması da çok büyük bir avantajdı, park sorunu yaşamadık.AZD House otel çalışanlarına özellikle de İbrahim Beye tüm ilgi ve misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz. Herkese tavsiye ederim gönül rahatlığı ile konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel.

Haftasonu kısa bir turistik gezi için konakladık. Otel eski şehirde değil, ancak minibüslerle ulaşım kolay. Odalar büyük, kahvaltı idare eder. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü

Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück üppig und die Altstadt von Mardin war gut zu erreichen.

Sanırım 20 odası var.sakin ve merkeze yakın bir otel.her gün oda çarşaf ve havlu temizliği ve değişimi yapıyorlar.kahvaltisi da 3 yıldız bir otele göre iyi.personeli çok nazik ve saygılı.

Gayet güzeldi. Güleryüzlü personel. Her zaman tercih edilebilir.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und das Hotel ist sehr Familiär und man fühlt sich wohl. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert. Das frühstücksbuffet übersuchtlich aber sättigend . Zimmerausatattung ist außergewöhnlich für ein 3 Sterne Hotel, da sogar Obst, Getränke und einweg Zahnbürsten geboten werden. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen wieder .

İyi durumda bir otel. Üç yıldızlı. Banyo ve tuvalet biraz eski, duşa kabin akıtıyor. Ama temizlik ve Güleryüz çok iyiydi. Otoparkı var, park sorunu yaşamiyorsunuz. Yataklar konforlu. Biz memnun kaldık. Eski Mardin'e araçla 10 dakikada gidiliyor.
