I thought about whether I should share this given that the price per night is really low. However, I did check reviews before booking and did not see anything re this. Also, maybe the owners will see this and improve for future guests. Everything would have been fine and acceptable except that we found 3 dead cockroaches and 1 live cockroach. I think maybe they sprayed before we arrived but that’s still no excuse. It’s those big ones. Had to keep the lights on for the two nights and pack our bags when we are out of the room. It’s quite distressing unless you don’t mind sharing your room or bed with cockroaches. Such a pity as the bed was really comfy. The chix noodle soup for breakfast is good but then I still think whether the kitchen is also infested with insects.

We booked a car to go back to Lao Cai railway station, and it is cheaper than Grab. Their service is worth more than 5 stars, and we will stay here again if we visit Sapa next time.

This is our stay (couple) for Sapa trip 3 days 2 nights. Never regret it. Super friendly host who supports you with anything you need (as long as she's able to do it) including the information for good places to have food/hangout/specialty products, etc. The location of the hotel is right near the heart of Sapa which makes it easy to walk around, have food, chill & approach the must-do in Sapa: Fansipan, Infinity Garden, Cat Cat Village. Etc. Bonus that we're arranged to be in the room with a clear good view. In short, there's nothing bad about it, only good things 😍

Although it is in the highlands all year round, but the hotel still creates a cozy feeling suitable for families and agencies to visit... from the hotel owner to the staff, all of them are happy and enthusiastic, ready to help visitors. far away

The hotel manager is very ok, enthusiastic and attentive. Don't know what to do, the schedule will be ok, the hotel will advise you very well. All kinds of tickets for sightseeing thanks to the hotel are cheaper than booking. I bought it myself. The room is nice viu Ok, it's important to be clean. Next time I have a chance, I will come back here to book another room. 10 points
