In short word, nice place for a vacation.

Everything is ok. Only the room is separated by a door and is annoying. I thought it was a good idea and was told by the next room that it was noisy, while the room class was the same?

Feels very comfortable, very relaxing.

My family had a wonderful experience in 4 days in the beautiful city of Nha Trang, and part of that was choosing to stay at the Star City Hotel. There is really nothing to complain about, next time I come back to Nha Trang I will come to Star City again. Thank you guys.

Stayed 5 nights at Starcity hotel — 1st impression was warmly welcome from security team, and the front desk team were so friendly it actually made me extended my stay. Thanks all you guys made my stay in Nha Trang so enjoyable 🫶 My 1st room was pretty nice already, but since I’m sensitive to dust and smells, Ms. Thắm (the manager) insisted on finding me a more comfy one — and she really did! Thịnh at the front desk was always smile and patient helping me switch rooms, really appreciated your care. Housekeeping team did well cleaned the room & added thoughtful touches. Felt totally at home 😉

Friendly staff, good attitude. Breakfast is good and delicious, although there are few options but easy to eat. Breakfast time is comfortable until 10am so it is very convenient. Cheap room price. Clean indoor swimming pool, many chairs. Convenient motorbike parking. The rough sidewalk exit is a bit dangerous if riding a motorbike. Note that if you have small children swimming, the opposite beach is a bit deep. Overall very good. Should experience.

Nhân viên nói có ghi trước là không đảm bảo chỗ đậu xe vào cao điểm nhưng check lại thì không thấy đề cập chỗ nào, thay vì vậy thì đáng ra tiền đậu xe này khách sạn nên chịu cho khách Phòng view biển nhưng chỉ được 1 nửa Đường Trần Phú dịp lễ bị chặn đoạn vào ks, đi xe không thuận tiện lắm, ăn uống cafe xung quanh đi bộ khá tiện

Gia đình tôi đi Nha Trang 2 người lớn 1 trẻ em có trải nghiệm tại khách sạn Starcity như sau: Check-in: lễ tân không tìm được phòng tôi đã đặt trên traveloka, đợi 15ph và yêu cầu tôi xác nhận lại với traveloka. Trong khi tôi đang loay hoay tìm kiếm cách gọi hỗ trợ từ tralveloka thì lễ tân bảo đã tìm thấy đặt phòng của tôi. (Cái này khách sạn nên khắc phục) Phòng: tạm được, view biển nhưng chỉ toàn thấy cây dừa, đối diện là sailing club nên buổi tối ồn. Đang ngủ mà cứ nghe "are you ready". Thức ăn: ngon nhưng buffet hơi ít món. Combo trưa ăn ổn, đủ no, ngon, rẻ Dịch vụ phòng: lễ tân khá tính toán với khách, thay khăn mới phải hỏi tùm lum lãnh đạo và phải lên kiểm tra coi có được thay khăn không!

Clean hotel, attentive service center

Enthusiastic staff, clean room, convenient location for relaxation - my family always walked to eat and play without needing to rent a car. The beach has to be crossed (about 50m), there are many cars; however, there are private chairs of the hotel and the beach staff are quite attentive. The beach is steep, there are parts where you can slip down, so it feels a bit dangerous for people who can't swim (I'm 1m85) - in February the waves are big, the water is up to your knees but the waves are close to your head. If there were more staff sitting close to the beach to rescue you, it would be more secure. Breakfast is not diverse but quite delicate and simple. The dishes that other places don't make to standard taste are quite satisfactory here, such as wet rice paper, bread, etc. Another minus point is that the hotel room does not have a menu of food and drinks to order, so I had to go out to buy snacks. However, with such a cheap room rate, there is nothing to complain about.
