I love the hotel!

according to hotels.com it was supposed to include breakfast. but it wasn't. A bottle of wine was included in the booking. but there was no wine opener in the room. we told the reception about this and they were going to solve it for us. but it took until 9:30 pm before they brought it, and then we were going to go to bed. so there was no wine for us. so it wasn't a good stay. we are very dissatisfied.

The view was wonderful, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I would suggest a hand towel in the bathroom and paper towels in the kitchen.

Das Apartment ist an sich zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit die wandbreiten zu Verdunkeln. Was bei Lichtern der Großstadt, der Ostausrichtung der Fenster und der um 04.00 Uhr in der Früh einsetzenden Morgendämmerung das Schlafen sehr stört. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption direkt nach Bezug des Apartments hat man mir geantwortet, dass die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist !. Auf meine Frage nach einem anderen Apartment bekam ich Antwort, dass es eventuell möglich wäre, aber gegen einer Zuzahlung von etwa 50 EUR. Damit war das Thema für das anwesende Personal erledigt. Frisst oder stirbt, wenn Du in Not bist. Absolut keine professionelle Betreuung der Kunden und auch nicht höfflich dazu. Ich reise viel und übernachte sehr oft in verschiedenen Hotels bzw. Apartments, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Deswegen NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !

Great view and beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, the bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. The oven was not usable due to the very loud fan. The shower door opened regularly by itself. As a result, it was not a good shower

Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that

The apartment was amazing, unfortunately the view point was under construction as well as an elevator. My husband and I really enjoyed this stay!

I was very excited about stay in this hotel. Unfortunately pictures of property online are misleading and I was truly expecting WOW effect. First of all - it is confusing to find reception, poor signs, second of all - difficult to contact reception for basic needs. There is no phone in room, not enough towels - it was 4 of us and we had only 3 bath towels and two small rolls of toilet paper. Third of all and most disappointing was bed in a second bedroom. It was some kind of small sleeper bed, uncomfortable and we could barely fit on it. I had to sleep on sofa in living room- it was much more comfortable. I am thinking of getting part of my money back. I do not understand how they can mislead people like that. The only thing we enjoyed was the view.

Ur stay at sky tower was disappointing. The check-in was quick however no instructions were given on how to manage the systems control panel placed in the apartment. The flat wasn’t in the best condition. Paying this amount of money you expect some kind of luxury ... the only thing that we couldn’t complain about was the view and size of the apartment, the rest ... everything was broken, used or not working! Shower not working, dirty seals. Bulbs across all apartments were missing or not working !!! The coffee machine not working! No slippers as promised. Unable to open the window. The cooker didn’t work. We had to call someone to come and fix it. I can keep going but the big disappointment was that we got the wrong apartment. Not the one we booked through the website! Customers service ... the worst I came across ever. They ignored us completely. I asked to move the apartment and I was told someone will contact me. Apparently, they were fully booked and obviously no one call me back as they promised! I have also sent an email directly but again no one replied. Really poor Customer service which makes the whole experience disappointing.

It was a remarkable building with gorgeous views of the city. Elevators were slow and no services or hotel type features were on the property. Now mind you in had a grocery store, liquor stores, coffee shops, and other shopping but nothing so notable you wanted to stay in the area. Also each room of my party of 3 was entirely different..I had a bathtub in my bedroom but no furniture or seating, my friend had a full kitchen and living area with tables but a.tiny bathroom, and the last room had a completely different setup. Just confusing from the pictures shown at booking. Would I stay again and the answer is Yes but I would plan my trip differently

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay in many hotels. Sky tower was the nicest, most amazing place I have had the pleasure to stay in. This really is penthouse apartments worthy of royalty. Full of technology, fully fitted kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom. All with the latest technology of lighting & air conditioning/heating. The view…. Breathtaking, Floor to ceiling windows, with seating to admire the view and curtains, which I never drew as the view is something you cannot get enough of. Fast WiFi, huge wardrobes & storage cupboards. Also a Sony sound system in the living area which is Bluetooth enabled. The lifts are also hands free, just scan your room card & the lift knows where you need to go, fascinating. All of the furniture was clean & comfortable, huge pillows and a great coffee machine. Amazing place, I will happily stay here again.

Apartment was of a high standard however no instructions on how to use heating or washing machine,etc. Reception on 32nd floor and can only be accessed from ground floor via security guard if he allows you to. (Suggested we call instead). Not ideal.
