Waiting 5-6 minutes is a bit weird compared to how a resort operates, so I had to take a cold shower for the kids because I just got up from the pool so I couldn't wait long. Only then did I find out that pushing the lever to the left is hot water and only waiting for more than 1 minute to have hot water. The service was wrong, so the children had to take a quick cold shower that day. 2. When the family goes out to play, there is a newspaper to clean the room. When I returned, the room was cleaned but not satisfied. I don't tell the small details because I'm also easy-going. But the point to mention is that the staff collects all the old towels without leaving new ones. The razor I used 2 times and threw it in the trash but did not provide a new one. Packed cotton swabs that have been torn apart are not supplied new, but left as they are. In addition, I have a tip for cleaning the room, but not without it. 3. I booked 3 days here, when I just checked in, I didn't like that room, so I went down to the front desk to ask for an upgrade to a higher room and I accepted the fee. But the staff kept going around and didn't change it for me: there was no room, the empty rooms were under repair... Then the staff said they would check and notify me the next day but I stayed for 3 days without changing it. I didn't see anyone calling me about changing rooms. In fact, I stayed there for 3 days, the number of guests was very small, probably only more than 10% of the rooms, so I couldn't run out of rooms. But I don't see any fix. In the end, I travel, having fun is the main thing, so I don't worry about those problems. Just a suggestion for the management system to pay more attention to customer service issues.
