Good stay and friendly staff

Good breakfast

Perfect for our quick stop in Annecy. Easy to get to, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, the breakfast is first class with lots of homemade cakes and biscuits along with a great choice of local cheese and cold meats. Really good motorway stop over hotel.

Great breakfast, home made cookies, good cheese and eggs. This is an "odd" hotel in that it's a lower-cost chain, but they're making an effort for it to have some character, and it does. Great staff. Room decent too.

Rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good and reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the shower tend to leak all over the floor and the water pressure is very low unless the shower head is placed at waist height.

Very professional and friendly staff; excellent breakfast buffet …. But really annoying to be see the Aircon working working; building is noisy and room are too small; this hotel should be rated 2 stars max, and priced accordingly (current price/experience ratio isn’t good).

Très bruyant à cause de l’autoroute. Si on utilise la clim elle est très bruyante également. Accueil très sympathique

Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner avec énormément de choses et de bons gâteaux. Chambre super propre. Nous n’avons pas entendu de bruits dans les couloirs. Bémol : Problème de clim dans la chambre, il s’agissait d’une «  soufflerie », nous voulions ouvrir la fenêtre mais bruit à l’extérieur.

Non semplice da raggiungere e non semplice per sostarsi ad Annecy. Ottimo il parcheggio e il check in.

Accueil exceptionnel. Personnel tres sympathique.

Struttura non adatta a persone celiache. Nonostante il preavviso di presenza persona celiaca hanno previsto solo un dolce fatto jn casa e cereali sfusi. Per i celiaci necessitano prodotti confezionati non contaminati. Non hanno previsto neamche una craker, galletta, pane, fette biscottate... nulla! Neanche marmellate o nutelle confezionate... nulla! In camera poi... da specificare l assenza del frigo e dell ascensore per le camere al 1 piano!
