Great value hotel very central Thank You

I love the atmosphere. It's first class.

I like that the location of the hotel made it easy to get to other places like restaurants or the park. The one thing I didn't like is that there is not enough room on the parking lot.

Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet.

I could not take a shower due to the hot water supply issue. It was a terrible experience.

The Novotel Wroclaw Centrum was an excellent hotel for our overnight needs. It was a close 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town Square with lots and lots of shops and restaurants. The walk was nice, as we got to see much more of the city than if we had driven our car. They also offered free bikes to use, although we didn't have time to use them. There is some construction adjacent to the building, but we never heard any noise. They were kind enough to provide earplugs, just in case the noise was too much. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and well worth the $20 charge. The extra plus for us was the EV Charging Station directly in front of the hotel!!! Overall, it was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Wroclaw!

We tried to change our booking IN TIME via an agent through hotels.com (we did it before the deadline) and the agent told us that he couldn't help. When we got to the hotel we asked if they could help, but they told us to wait until the next morning, where the right people would be there. When we did, they told us it was too late, and we now have to pay for 3 days instead of 1 night, even though we tried to change before 24 hours prior to the booking. That is simply SOOO bad service!!!!!
