The room was very stuffy. This bathroom is very stuffy, the TV cannot be watched. No drinking water, flashing lights, towels should be able to buy a new one.

The staff were not welcoming, the location and the pictures were exceedingly different. The staff can't speak Thai. We booked 2 months in advance. On the day of arrival, let us go to bed in a room with many beds similar to a room in total. The staff didn't contact, didn't coordinate, asked for a refund to talk to the manager only. Not enough money Feeling dissatisfied. Not satisfied. Sucks. The courtyards are terrifying.

My friends and I like staying in this hotel. What we love the most is the ambience of the hotel wherein it was situated in the middle of the busy city yet you can relax because it has some flowering trees along the pool side and also Chris the receptionist who assisted us when we check in is very accommodating. The room that we had is clean and not noisy. However it is a few minutes walk going to the BTS On nut skytrain. All in all we like staying in this hotel.

Called. No staff to answer. Bathroom is dirty. The sheets lacked Not OK at all. Very disappointed.

No parking The room was narrow and old.

Near BTS, convenient transportation, close to century mall. Easy to find food to eat. The room smelled like smoking in the room.

The hotel needs to renovate the room because of the walls of the room. Not completely painted and need to also add a socket. The rooms are too small and the ceiling is too short. Room rates are not comparable with the facilities available.

Rooms are not clean, sandy floor, old grape blankets and many places torn. Toilet is also quite clean, but not equipped with hair dryer, brush used 1 time, comb ... The room door is damaged, not secure lock, out of feeling insecure. Staff are not fluent in English, and do not know much about travel advice. Swimming pool too much flo, swimming a few rounds is sour mouth, teeth, silver chain is always black. The room is not soundproofed, the upper floor is rumbling, and talking clearly, the downstairs is uncomfortable and uncomfortable.
