Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible.

Location and staff were great. But my wife and I had to check out early due to a snow storm that was expected in Innsbruck. The hotel management obliged us to pay for the night anyway. So that was disappointing considering the circumstances. Based on that I would not recommend.

Great hotel with excellent location. The swimming pool was heated to the right temperature. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good, though some diversification of the food would be great. When you stay there for longer the breakfast is repetitive and becomes a bit boring.

Perfect location, walkable to the pedestrian zone, many shops and restaurants, etc. Nice pool and sauna, nice hotel breakfast. Slow cook-to-order breakfast so stick with the buffet, but otherwise a great experience all around.

The room was very big, we got some treats from the hotel when we arrived. Breakfast was great, with a good variety. free parking.

Wonderful Hotel. We came in a night early for our Edelweiss motorcycle tour, with which we stayed an additional 7 nights. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk to the waitstaff, shouts out to Theresa! We loved the baked goods served from 3 to 5 in the bar area and the welcome glass of Prosecco. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options, including an omelette chef, I can not imagine anyone not being happy with the choices. We had a fridge in our room that was not working and it was fixed immediately. Great location a short walk from train station and perfectly situated for the restaurants and hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely Room, Very quiet Location ,only a few minutes walk to town square,staff very attentive

The service was great. The rooms were large and well decorated. We had a Mountain View, but in the alps everyone does. The bar/ breakfast staff was very kind. Hotel was clean and well organized. The town of Seefeld was beautiful with easy walking to shopping and dinner spots from the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with an amazing free spa! The breakfast was outstanding, dinner was good. The room was comfortable and clean in a good condition. The hotel has a great home atmosphere and is very authentic.

Detta hotell har allt, fantastiskt bra.

Also für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas überteuert für den gegebenheiten Trotz das wir im Sommer da waren. Für ein Wellneshotel mit 4 Sternen und Superior . Ich fand es nicht gut das die Sauna nur von 15 bis 20 Uhr am Tag auf hat . Bis 22 Uhr hätte ich das begrüsst. So wie im nahe gelegenen Schwimmenbad Unser Zimmer heitzte sich immer so sehr auf ( keine AC im Zimmer . Zum Abkühlen öffneten wir unser Fenster aber das lag an der Hauptstraße. In unserem Zimmer war eine Lampe funktionsfähig aber sehr zersprungen ( plastikschirm) Freundliches Personal,vielfallt an essen Essen,Lage und Parkplatz und der beheizte Pool waren die Pluspunkte die es bietet.

God mottakelse, enkel gratis parkering utendørs. Fint å komme til med bil. Takk for besøket gave ved avreise. Vårt førstevalg ved neste tur til Seefeld.
