Good location for overnight for those who plan to climb mount kinabalu. Room simple with basic fascilities. Friendly staff provides standing fan upon request. However, the water pressure is low.

Accommodation is ok for lodging, the road is too steep to go down. But the place is indeed the best.

The location of a hotel if a regular car is difficult to get to is because it is far below. The wifi line is provided but YouTube is very slow loading, the TV broadcast is gone. Dining inside the hotel was gone, sadly there was a savior yesterday.

The experience was great. Really worth the price I paid for👍🏻. My only concern was the shower water pressure was too slow. Hope the hotel management will take notice about this.

My 1st time was 26.08.18-28.08.18 & I still booked the same place for my second time on 01.04.19-03.04.19. 'If a person like a place more than once, it means that place is amazing'. 😙

I have booking 3 room at once , but they not giving join room for me. Separate my 3 room at a different position. All the room no provide any fan and hairdryer.

Booking 2 booths for 2 nights. But get 1 for a hill height, leg pain up and down. 1 more down, far away. The first night, electrically didn't get to morning.

Very recommended but there was a big problem for Muslims. There are dogs who guard J Residence and make it difficult for Muslims to deal with the counter, as well as scare us for chasing us up to cars and even rooms.

Large booths, clean toilets, very satisfied.
