A good hotel for a walk to Malioboro.
Stayed here for 4 nights due to an event at the hotel.
So far so good, the food is all traditional. Perhaps they could offer some Western food once in a while.

Very satisfied staying at the KHAS hotel. Close to Malioboro, just a 5-minute walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied. Unfortunately, the room is not soundproof. Sounds from the next room could be heard in our room.

The room is quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is abundant, the breakfast has many variations and the taste is quite good for a 3-star hotel, the parking lot is spacious, can accommodate more than 30 cars, the staff are all friendly, the service is very responsive, recommended for a place to stay while on vacation with family.

The hotel staff are friendly and responsive, but the bed sheets have stains, the room air conditioner is very noisy, even when the temperature is raised the air conditioner is still noisy and there is a vibrating sound from the air conditioner, making sleep disturbed by the sound of the air conditioner.

This hotel has a really cool location. Behind Hamzah Batik, it's really close, only 5 minutes walk. The food is delicious and varied. It's just really narrow even though the price is wow...maybe because it's high season. The room is a bit disappointing because it's narrow.

The room still has the old hotel atmosphere, maybe the interior could be renovated, the capacity of the breakfast area cannot accommodate visitors, the menu queue is a long process, the refill queue is a long process and the queue for seating because it cannot accommodate all hotel visitors.
