Friendly and easy to deal with staff

The hotel location is very strategic. The staff is very friendly.

Staff OK. Room OK, but not soundproof. Water noise from the room next door can be heard. The sound of people opening the door can also be heard. Food is not satisfactory. No problem if you order food from a restaurant, but if you can, go to a regular restaurant, because some people don't eat at mamak restaurants.
