I asked for a towel for swimming, they said wait a moment and it would be delivered. After swimming, it wasn't delivered. I asked again and they said the towels were out of stock, they were all being laundered. When I was in the room, I wanted to order instant noodles. I asked what flavors they had, and they told me to wait, but the phone was still connected. I heard the staff chatting with each other and then suddenly the phone was hung up without confirmation. I waited a while and then called again to ask what instant noodles were available, but they kept throwing it around and finally saying that what I wanted wasn't available. It seemed unprofessional, and the guests weren't served well according to what they asked for. When I was about to have breakfast, I was told to stop because they said the seats were full, when in fact I should have said, "Wait a moment, ma'am. I'll find you an available seat because the restaurant is still full." Instead, I was told to go back and the food would be delivered to my room, even though someone had just left and the table was being cleaned. The service was disappointing.

Friendly service, clean room, clean corridors. However, I got a room with a water heater that seemed broken. I had a child with me who needed milk. Luckily, I was making milk right before checking out, so I didn't need to complain.

Highly recommend this hotel because the staff is friendly, the rooms are luxurious, the prices are very friendly, and it is kids friendly.

The downside is that the car parking area is not very comfortable.

Very satisfying. The price is relatively affordable. The bed is very comfortable. Out of curiosity, I lifted the sheets and it turned out to be King Koil… the best.

The receptionist was friendly, the hotel was clean, and there was a swimming pool with very cool water. There was a children's play area in the lobby. All rooms faced the pool.

The staff is friendly, but their knowledge needs improvement. I booked three rooms and asked the front desk which one was closest to the elevator, but it turned out the room I was told was the one furthest from the elevator. Overall, the room was nice and smelled good, but a small cockroach suddenly appeared in the bathroom (the drain) just as I was about to use it. The food was standard, but the breakfast was good.

The room was clean, the weather was cold and windy. The parking lot was small, but fortunately, the security guard was very responsive and genuinely friendly. Breakfast was lacking in variety, though I've had it many times.

I've stayed at hotels all my life, only this time the hotel ran out of water in the bathroom. It's hard to take a shower & urinate. Some of the staff are indifferent and some are helpful, it's different for each person. Everyone should help. With this incident, hopefully the hotel will immediately do an evaluation. If there is such an incident, don't hesitate to apologize and give the guest a solution. In addition, the water is also dirty. The shower is done using mineral water brought by the hotel.
