I stayed on Monday, June 16, 2025 in room 311.
The check-in process was fast, the staff was also friendly and the food was pretty good.
But the room was very bad for me who brought small children. There were lots of small and large ants in the room, the walls were also stubby, the bathroom door was difficult to lock, the TV was not a smart TV even though many inns nowadays use smart TVs.
The security guard was also unhelpful and unfriendly. And when I called the restaurant to borrow a plate, no one responded, so I called the receptionist. The lady said she would deliver it, but it wasn't delivered until my food was finished until the next day I wanted to check out
Please fix everything, I used to go to Gets Hotel in 2021, the service was very good, etc., but this is so bad.
