The toilets and rooms have a stench. On the second night, I found someone in my bed. It is also a bit far from the city center, and the walk from the metro station to the hostel felt rather unsafe at night. The staff was helpful and spoke English, but I generally did not enjoy my stay.

I only stayed here for one night. Apparently, my GPS took me to the back side of the lodge. I thought I was lost, didn't see a sign, until I went around. I am guessing this hostal used to be for elderly. As I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman. He was nice. He pointed where I had to go. There is NO Elevator and as I was walking in the hallway, I started smelling something bad. Did not like the shower either. It is located across the room and the shower room needs to be cleaned. I was taking a shower and apparently the drain was clog. I checked out 30 minutes early and was informed breakfast was at 7:30. I was asked if I could wait for breakfast. I said, I just wanted coffee if they had some. Thought the man behind the kitchen was making me coffee, but continued to prepare breakfast. I waited for 20 minutes but decided to leave when I realize there was no coffee for me, lol. There are other Hostals around Madrid for better aroma and with cheaper price. Didn't have breakfast, so I don't know what they have to offer.

The staff are great. 24 hour assistance. The hostel is about 4.5 km from the centre ,though the metro is a 3 minute walk. The local shops provide you with all your necessary requirements for cooking at the hostel. (Fridge space is a little tight). The only downside were the dormitory beds. Though comfortable and clean they are noisy as I believe they have a metal base.

Muy buena atención del staff. Buen servicio de desayuno. Imposible dormir, camas incomodas, mala ventilación y muy ruidoso (a pesar de estar en una zona alejada de todo). Deben mejorar las habitaciones, ya que uno espera poder dormir en un hostel.

Excelente hotel cerca al aeropuerto de Madrid. Económico. Buen servicio

La verdad es que las dos veces que he ido me he encontrado con dos problemas fundamentales: el wifi no funciona y no hay agua caliente en las duchas. Dos veces he ido y dos veces me he resfriado. No recomiendo este hostal.

직원들이 매우 친절함, 도심에서 조금 먼거리, 와이파이가 로비에서만 되는점은 불편, 주변은 조용함, 마트에서 음식을 사와 간단한 요리가능

Pretty nice and comfortable. Location is also fine - neraby metro station. I didnt like the solution with the bathroom very much and there is no Wi-Fi in rooms, but still the price is perfect

Muy buena opción, para un presupuesto ajustado, lo necesario para dormir y seguir disfrutando de la ciudad.
