Très beau hôtel et l’accueil comme toujours avec du professionnalisme

Bedrooms are newly renovated but the bathrooms are old and tired.

The staff was extremely concerned with our well being and have offered a very nice commercial gesture to compensate for the lack of hot water in our room. Our room faced the city of Gien and the view was really great. One just have to walk accross a bridge to reach the interesting sidewalk with restaurants on the other side of the Loire. I prefer that view (Castle of Anne de Beaujeu) from the one the hotels on the other side of the rriver would have. Highly recommended hotel.

Hotel clean and comfortable, Gien interesting. We stayed one night whilst travelling through france.

Room size good but room facilities basic and showing age. No drink facilities in room. Breakfast good. Overall basic but adequate.

nice clean hotel a bit dated could with a refresh.we travelled with dogs room was ideal for them.in general a good place but not fantastic.would stay again

Ras rien a redire sur cette hébergement

J’ai réservé une chambre confort, j’ai eu une chambre triple avec un petit lit double de 140cm. Le sol n’était pas propre. Il y avait une seule serviette pour les mains, le visage et le corps. Inutile de payer pour une chambre confort !
