The staff was not present for check in and we had to wait a long time. Despite great weather the staff did not open the pool. Broken shower door and broken furniture at breakfast. Staff refused to put out more breakfast despite many guests arriving 15 min before breakfast closed, so we did not get proper breakfast or even coffee. This place needs to rethink.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. A great view of the water. Easy walking distance to the amenities of the town. Staff was very courteous and kind. Wonderful place to make some memories.

Nice view over the lake but the hotel is a bit run down and has -70´s standard.

This is an old hotel with no AC. Could be hot in a sunny sommerday. Nice location close to a lake and 100 m to the center of Bengtsfors

We loved the staff, the cozy restaurant, and free breakfast. The room and bathroom were roomy and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good enough for business stay over. Nice view of the lake in summertime.

Gammalt, inget gym utan bara ett löpband som antagligen är inköpt på Temu, bastun va ett plus! Ingen frukostbuffé då vi va för få gäster men däremot generöst tilltagna frukostpåsar med både ägg, plättar, youghurt, frallor med ost o skinka, kaffe, te, m.m Lyckas man få ett dubbelrum under 1000:- är det värt det.
