Facilities is very good. Service is good.

When booking a Suite (Paraná) I expected two things: a suite and a view of the river. I got neither. The "suite" is nothing more than a large hotel room and not worth the extra cost. There was no view of the river from the room. The room is modern however on arrival the air conditioning was set extremely high and changing the control didn't seem to make any difference. The breakfast room did not seem capable of handling the number of guests and was very cramped, although the breakfast itself was great.

Super comfortable and luxurious with amazing view of the river. The staff was courteous enough and parking was easy and right in front of the hotel.

It is amazing how they used the structure of the old silos to create this magnificent hotel.

We rented a suite because we expected a nice view. Our room was oriented to a apartment building (no privacy) a slum and a building in construction. The suite was just ok.

Nice location, nice customer service, welcoming, beautiful hotel. I enjoyed using the gym on the top floor with the most amazing view. I also treated myself to a nice massage there. I highly recommend this hotel. Oh and the coffee and alfajores during the wait for your room time was a very special treat!!

Location is too far from downtown. Staff friendly but not genuine friendly. Service at the restaurant not the best. Food served at lunch, was coldand overcooked. Server, not very happyone, She needs to learn how to treat people In a more amicable way, even though she Said, she does not rely on tips to survive. Whatch out for the filled squid served for Lunch, I was sick for 3 days... I would avoid it If I were you... just in Case

Gostamos muito do hotel e da localização! Tudo foi excelente: a vista do quarto e dos espaços públicos, o café da manhã, o conforto da cama e dos travesseiros, o chuveiro. Recomendo muito.
