Very nice and lively location with lovely people!!!

Stayed for 5 nights the rooms are modern and super clean, bed was comfy, had a partial sea view on the top floor. Housekeeping came in every day and the breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. A couple mins walk to the nearest beach, the pool and sun loungers were good the sun doesnt get round until lunchtime. A minute walk gets you to the restaurants and bars along the front, plenty of decent choices. There are some empty and run down properties nearby but that didnt spoil our experience and we felt quite safe. Would definitely recommend for those who like a busy resort.

Great hotel and staff friendly & helpful. Nice & comfortable hotel near beach. Wouldn't stay in Arenal again as didn't like the feel of the area, but hotel was fine.

4-star review, but I cannot say absolutely anything wrong about the hotel itself. I will start with the good stuff first. Staff was extremaly friendly. Room rather small but comfortable, quality bed and linen, very modern and clean bathroom. Breakfast was also very good for a hotel in this price range. The pool is small, but cozy, with quality loungers around it and you can sit there in the evening with your dring and enjoy a peacefull, quiet time with some ambient music from the speakers mounted around. The only reason for not giving 5 star was the street on which the hotel was located. The location itself is great, 1-2 minutes to the beach and plenty of restaurants around, but the street where the entrance is looks absolutely horrible with a really strong smell (and sight) of urine, each and every day. Saying that, the street was only maybe 200 meters long and the rest of the neighbourhood was fine, so if this doesn't bother you, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Чисто, тихо, безпечно. Номер з кондиціонером, з балконом, сейфом, холодильник (не у всіх номерах). Постіль і рушники білосніжні. Сніданок хороший, достатній. Близько до пляжу, 3 хв. (пляж чистий, пісок). Персонал готелю привітний, професійний !!!!

Room looks exactly like the pictures! Staff were excellent and very helpful. Pool was usually quiet as the location is about 30s from the beach so it was very peaceful!

The hotel is decent for a budget hotel. Staff and service were great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Location is literally right beside the beach. Don’t expect much from the rooms, the twin beds were not the most comfortable. No shampoo provided, and no beach or pool towels which was a bit inconvenient. You need a car in Mallorca and parking is an absolute nightmare in this area. We drove around for 45 mins every day trying to find somewhere to park.

Hotel was very clean and good location, as it is right next to the beach. My stay at the hotel was even more enjoyable because of the service Oto had provided. He was always there to help with any questions we had, very polite and pleasant!

Stylish Hotel in a great location, with superb staff. Excellent Breakfast with lots of choices. Dinner was exceptional value €8 &€9 for a bottle of wine. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved this property! It was sleek and modern. It was in an absolutely perfect location just 1 block from the beach. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this property!

We were disappointed on arrival as this hotel no longer has a pool. I will be taking this up with Expedia as when I used filters to identify hotels with pools this one came up. Apart from that and the noise at night which was not coming from within the hotel I have no other negatives. Positives: helpful staff good value food, good variety of food. Room clean and well appointed - no option for a kettle though. (Shame as coffee served at breakfast was not to my tastes)

Main pillows a bit high but comfortable too * Quilt and blanket provided in room in case you get chilly * Beautiful Double walk in shower with very power spray that stays hot. Liquid soap dispenser in shower * Soap and plastic cups provided for basin. * We went in October and it was pretty quiet during the night but the summer months might be different
