Not good. Not as expected or described

Room was dated , bathroom fixtures broken, no Airconditioning so you’re forced to leave the balcony door open for ventilation which in itself was not an issue but the mosquito’s and flying insects that came in where. Being forced to leave the door open also created ridiculous traffic noice which subsided after midnight and resumed around 5am, awful! Loud rude guest could be heard talking until early hours of the night, I seriously considered sleeping in my rental car. My suggestion stay away.

Lovely breakfast and facilities. No AC, but fortunately stayed on a cool day!

Room was a little warm but apart from not being able to keep any drinks cold the room, location and service were excellent. Breakfast had a good selection and was well organised while the pool area was clean and we enjoyed a nice refreshing morning swim to kick start the day. Would certainly stay there again.

The room, on the top floor, was small with a sloping ceiling, which made a lot of the room unusable. But it was very clean and shower was good.

Really good location easy to park. Great views from hotel. Absolutely outstanding scenery in and around the immediate area. Short walk to Arenas de Cabrales for food, drink and shopping. Nice bar casa Aida in poo.

Hotel is located a couple of miles from Arenas de cabrales with easy access to the Picos, and looks to have been recently refurbished. Room was quiet on the rear of the building away from the road. No restaurant / bar open, but town is a short drive away. Breakfast was generous and well stocked. Triple room was a little cramped.

Una decepción.La habitación horrible,enchufes rotos,muebles deteriorados.Había pelos en las sábanas,arañas..La piscina con la pintura deteriorada.Nada que ver con las fotos.No volveríamos nunca y menos por lo caro que fué y como está.Mi hijo cuando entró en la habitación se echó a llorar,con eso lo digo todo.

Idéalement situé à proximité des diverses randonnées - très propre et bonne literie

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans cet hôtel et à part l'accueil ce nest pas un hotel à recommander. Bien de l'extérieur mais horrible à l'intérieur surtout la chambre 105. Rideaux cassés, carrelage fêlé, tablette de la salle de bain cassée, bouton deau froide de la baignoire qui vous reste dans les mains, chasse d'eau qui fuit, insonorisation catastrophique et piscine dont la peinture s'écaille.

No me gustó mucho la limpieza de la habitación por lo demás todo bien

Hilos de tela de araña, invasion de moscas, en una habitacion hay persiana y en otra solo está la caja donde se enrolla la correa. Un despropósito por dejadez en muchos detalles más.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, el desayuno variado y bien. La habitación limpia. En general calidad precio bien.

No me fue posible alojarme en el hotel, no recibí la confirmación de la reserva, llamé siete veces al hotel y no me cogieron el teléfono, mandé mensajes y no me respondieron, me personé en el hotel en la segunda noche y me contestaron que mi habitación estaba ocupada y que por lo tanto no me podían dar alojamiento porque estaba completo el hotel. Por este motivo, reclamo el importe por no dejarme disfrutar de la estancia.
