Everything was just as expected with these ocean hotels, the only bad thing was that there was quite a bit of hair in my bathroom (the tub and the floor) which then made me question if everything else was actually clean. Kids were super excited for the pool but it was so cold we couldn’t get in. But even with all that I would still probably stay again if needed

One night stay with girlfriend to wath the sunset. Room with a view was good. Very spacious and average cleanliness. Carpets needed shampooing or replacement. Windows could've been much cleaner and the window tracks as well. Full kitchennette was nice but there were no pots or pans to use. Cutlery and silverware were clean and updated. All glasses and dishes were clean. Overall, I'd stay there again only with if I had a room with a view on the 3rd floor or penthouse.

The property has fraying carpet, holes in the drapes, stains on the floor, obscure windows, and a tired vibe throughout. It’s time for a facelift for this property

Stayed 2 nights in a pet friendly room and paid 25$ deposit for pet. Im not sure what this covers because the carpet was sticky and stained. Garage from previous ppl was shoved behind the dresser, half the lights didn't turn on, the bathroom fan sounded broken. Fan in closet was also broken. I know this isn't a 5 star hotel but it was really gross and uncomfortable. I won't be back.

Nice property. A little worn on the inside but expected based on the age. Accommodations were comfortable and having a kitchenette was wonderful.

Room was a little dirty upon check in. Bathroom could have used some extra cleaning. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.

Check in was super easy. The room was amazing it was alot of space and right next to the beach with a trail directly to the beach. The pool was great a little cold , but i used the hot tub which was great as well. The only two things were 1 i didn't have shampoo only conditioner and it didnt have unlimited hot water like most hotels do. And lastly the people above me were really loud in the morning running, stomping and yelling and playing mysic loudly. Otherwise it was a great stay and would stay again.

We'd stay there again. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a little kitchen area. We were on the first floor in a dog friendly room. Nice to have a window in the front and back of the room, plus a fan which we used to drown out some noise of people walking by outisde. The units definitely could use some updating. Bring shampoo, conditioner, and dish soap because that is not provided.

The staff was wonderful and so helpful and hardworking. We enjoyed the board games and the room. It definitely shows the age of the place but you can tell the staff does their best to make it great. Things not the fault of the hotel, a super huge loud extended family was so loud upstairs and filled the pool to the max 😆

We liked the room we got. It was actually more of an apartment. Two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Front room with an eating area and a full kitchen. The only downside was the people above us. They had some small children with either too much sugar or behavioral problems. They were running and jumping around until I think they must have been put to bed. Then up around 8 running and jumping. Some people should not have children.

They upgraded us to a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen. Had our lab with us and it was perfect. Only downside was people above us had a birthday party until a little after midnight and were a little loud. We didn’t complain as it is first weekend of summer break for a lot of the families. Felt bad for the rooms right next door though.

The bed was moderately comfortable the walls are super thin and could hear people all around us all hours of the night. The room has old filthy carpet.. which was a huge turn off.. there was conditioner provided that was half empty.. no shampoo.. since apparently people arent ment to WASH and condition their hair. Thankfully i always bring my own but thats not the point. The staff was nice enough but will 100% not stay at this hotel again especially With the options available for lodging in this area..

Dog friendly, kid friendly hotel. Slightly dated but to be expected in Ocean Shores hotels. Lovely stay, spacious room with balcony and fire place.

Room 301 is amazing! There is no view of the ocean, however the cozy home feel and closeness to everything is amazing. There is no beach access from this hotel, but a ten minute walk and you're there! This resort could use a little facelift, but the hospitality and quiet comfort make it worth the stay!

We stayed here out of nostalgia as I remember this hotel from the 70's when we used to visit Ocean Shores. Age has caught up with it but for an old hotel in a marine environment it's in good condition. Furnishings are old but carpet and paint are newer. Nice location in the middle of Ocean Shores with walkable beach access. Nice staff, just don't have high expectations for an ultra modern hotel. Big yard and activity areas so it is a great place for a family or group to stay.
