Spacious, clean, good service, maybe a bit old, has parking for 1 car, can walk to the beach, near the market, has 7-11, delivers food.

The location is not the issue, it is nearby family mart, 7-11, market but the facilities is not in the well condition. One of the rest room is unusable, asking the front office and they send the technician 2 times not see any improvement. Air Conditioning also old and provide the noise all the time.
