If you have business in the Dongdok area, this hotel is very convenient. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the breakfast was simple (two fried eggs and a baguette), which was also nice. The hotel's complimentary coffee was instant, but there was a cafe restaurant on the first floor, so you could pay for any drink you wanted. My room was a serviced apartment, so it had a basic sink, refrigerator, and microwave, but there were only two coffee cups and no plates or bowls, which was a bit disappointing. I once asked the staff on the first floor if I could borrow some dishes, but they said, "They should be in your room." When I returned, they weren't there, so I didn't bother borrowing any. They probably would have lent me some if I asked, but it would have been more convenient if they had provided them from the start. Also, there was only an empty bottle of dish detergent, which was pointless—a common Lao phenomenon.
