I have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Recently, I checked out after a five-day stay, and the service was excellent. Later, I needed to stay again for personal reasons. The app showed no rooms available, so I called the hotel directly and booked an additional two nights, leaving just one day between my previous stay. However, this experience was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned at all, and when I inquired, I was told that such a service is not currently available. It is completely incomprehensible to me that this response was given, as all services were being provided normally just a day prior. I believe that room cleaning is a standard service that should be provided regardless of the hotel's size. This incident has made me reconsider whether I will book this place again in the future.
