The staff is very professional and friendly.

Bathroom very creepy, because light not bright. The rest OK.

Centrally located in Hatyai tourist area.

Overall okay, but we want to be closer to Central Hatyai. which is much further than expected

The room is very comfortable. There are full facilities, a kettle, a hair dryer, free drinking water, free coffee sachets, impressive, have a chance to come back to stay again.

the room is same on the picture, I am booking deluxe double m, very big bath tub, water pressure very good, aircond very cold, tv channel have many option. totally very satisfied, sure will come again soon.

The hot water is not hot & the water pressure is very bad. it takes an hour to fill up the bathtub

Spacious room, good service, convenient location and strong WIFI

We booked 2 night at this hotel. First day, they arrange a room which window have been broke and Aircon sound very loud. We request to change room but 2nd night only get changed. They didn't provide any compensation to us.

good wifi, spacious room compared to the other hotels nearby which i've stayed before. the bathroom was so big literally almost the same size as our bedroom. will stay again here
