Convenient apt centric to main attractions and walking distance to main streets (la castellana and gran via), plaza Cibeles, puerta de Alcalá, parque de El Retiro. The AC worked great even during our stay in the summer. Clean and well equipped apartment.

Great location, bathroom is small, good communication either the host.

Great location!! The walls were dirty in the bedrooms. The city garbage pick up was loud multiple times a day.

Within walking distance of shopping, eating and drinking! Right next door to a wonderful restaurant, Roostiq. The best Caesar salad I’ve ever had!

Good and clean. Mixed review on the sofabed comfort but otherwise good storage, washing machine, full sized dishwasher. Apartment was perhaps a bit small for more than a couple of nights stay.

Everything was perfect, ubication

We stayed there in the winter… When we got there, the room was already heated, which is never a guarantee with any place that you stay. It was easy to access the room, there was an elevator, and the door code was same for the outside door and the apartment. The AI concierge was able to answer most questions. I had difficulty with the stovetop and they responded quickly to my questions. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to anyone that’s going to Chueca.

The staff was very communicative, any questions I had. They answered them accordingly in a timely manner. I would recommend this place and if I come to Madrid, I will definitely consider staying in one of the sweets. The complementary cleaning was amazing. They cleaned the whole place. Yes, I would recommend this to everybody who is traveling to Madrid.

Very nice room, centrally located, market just a few doors away

Communication was great, the apt is centrally located walkable to the Grand Via, Puerta de Alcalá, El Retiro Park, etc. Tons of restaurants and bars around the area.
