The staff was very helpful. Although we had to wait a while to be assisted due to only 1 staff on duty at any time that we were at the reception. The location is very good, near to the train station and we could use the Wien Mobile card to use the public transportation for free. The only thing I had an issue with was the shower water tend to accumulate/flood as it couldn't drain out fast enough.

Strategic location with easy transportation, and easy access to Asian food. Perfect!!

The twin rooms are quite large and comfortable. There are shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

We had a private quad room for 3 pax, was very spacious with ensuite toilet, excellent location 3 mins walk from hbf. Bed was comfy and warm for the winter as well.

The hotel is near the train and bus station. Easy going anywhere. Behind there is a mall and McDonald's. Until 3 nights the room was never cleaned, just throwing out the trash. No drinking water, no water cooker. The family room is quite large. Suitable for traveler. Check-in time has a charge of 1.5 euros per person per mlm. Check out at 10 am, if you don't get a 10euro charge.

Great location, clean room. But shared kitchen is too small and inadequate cooking equipment, cup, dish, cutlery. No knife available. So noisy from many groups of travelers and kids. No cup in quadruple room.

Small room. Staff cancel my booking because she misunderstood that my booking was duplicated. Near station only 300 m. Share kitchen Late check out 10 EU Large bar in lobby.

The hotel is close to the central train station and shopping center. The room is comfortable and stays cool even though there is no air conditioning.

For the hostel class it's okay. There is a bathroom in each room and it is clean. It's just that the room is cramped. The strategic location is only less than 5 minutes walk from the Salzburg Hauptbahnhof station.

Everything is ok except they charged locker when we arrive early. They overcharged for 5 euro per locker. 2 people already charged 10 euro. This is rip off. They also charged breakfast 7 euro which is too much for the standard hostel.

Some people at the receptionist are unfriendly. check in at 3 pm, too quick for check out at 10am. Also, few minutes before 10 am there is someone who came to my room asking when to check out it. Tax must pay again.
