Clean rooms, decent breakfast. Best lecture in Pua area, down the hill, the staff when receiving Fair enough (a little fierce If speaking sweetly, it will get a lot of customers.) The side dishes are great, especially the crispy fried fish, delicious herbs, very good value. Recommended.
