Great hotel BUT breakfast could use some attention. Expected better from higher end hotel

When we arrived(3pm) and upon entering our room the toilet had a leak. Turns out the toilet water was shut off so it wouldnt even flush nor fill up. When the maintenance dude finally showed up(830pm) he did fix the issue and the toilet handle that was apparently on backwards. Perfume and mens cologne were heavily worn on floor 2. Entire hall smelt like it. And the seagulls were stocked and loaded!!

Bar was not open! Because there is no bartender on staff? No room service unless you tell them a day in advance which is not the point of room service? No bacon at breakfast? Key cars had to be re programmed on day two? Other than that, very nice room with nice kitchenette

Hotel was modern, very clean, and rooms come with a full kitchenette (including glasses, cups, dishes, cutlery, and pots n pans). Full size fridge, microwave, toaster, and cook top. Nice pool, and workout area. Only complaint was that there was a tonne of ice in the parking lot. If anyone falls, that's a law suit right there. But all in all, a good stay.

Room was surprisingly dirty, but I think it may have just been a bit of a one off scenario, last people in the room.must have left a pair of underwear and the dining table was nope wiped clean so felt unsanitary, I travel with my kids do I sanitized it myself. Staff was incredibly polite and nice no complaints there at all. We were there for 2 nights, first night we were the only guests, second night we were one 3 guests so it was kind of nice how quiet it was. Wish I got a fun upgrade as we were the only ones there but that's not a complaint just a funny wish haha. All in all it was good and served its purpose!

Took forever for requests to occur. Non-feather pillows. A working remote. The TV never did work and we had to wait for pool towels. The teen working the desk was nice but obviously overwhelmed.

We went to Kincardine for a two-night getaway for my birthday and we had a great time!

Great room, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset over the lake from our room. Fantastic, friendly staff and overall wonderful stay.

The staff was excellent. They were very polite and friendly. My only complaint would be that the shower curtain smelled musty.

Comfortable beds...nice little kitchen...nice breakfast choices...clean...and pleasant staff!!

We’ve stayed here before and we’ll stay again in the future.

Great stay. No issues with property, cleanliness, room amenities. The pool amenities didn’t work for water buckets in the pool for the kids. And the breakfast did not have any gluten free options, unlike other hotel breakfasts.

A 2 nights get away with the children turned out very disappointing. They were looking forward to swimming in the pool but never did as the pool didn’t looked very appealing or swimmable. Breakfast was also a disappointment. Would think twice before going back

Great experience

Room was nice enough and clean. No laundry bag provided and Pool water looked cloudy and not heated. Also no towels at pool. Need to go to front desk to get a pool towel. The bucket feature doesn't work but there is a bubbler in rhe pool which the kids found amusing. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee is bad . Tastes like dishwater. Also orange juice machine had equivalent of coloured water in it and no attendants around to correct it.
