Adorable place, excellent services and location

Have stayed with chipman hill many many times over the years. Never disappointed ! Beds are so comfy, location is amazing and service is top notch!

The place was in the perfect area to walk for everything and the room was nice clean and I loved the older style building and furniture it was also very quiet. We loved our stay

The parking area was safe but quite tight to get in. Kitchen set up was excellent with a small dishwasher and full size refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable with a spacious room. Room was refreshed with amenities daily. Would highly recommend.

Great location in St John Historic district, close to city market and waterfront. Lovely old building ( Pratt House) and full kitchen/ suite was a bonus!. Woukd stay again for sure.

Depending what building and room you are assigned dont count on a view. Our room looked onto a brick wall and someones deck so we didnt open our blinds. Parking was very tight. Great location though.

Lovely historical property with full kitchen and very comfortable bed....quality linens....and spacious comfort. Wonderfully helpful staff! Because the a/c unit is a window unit, all street noise is readily heard, so ask for an inside unit. Otherwise: perfect!

Beautiful property centrally located. Couldnt ask for better. The staff, reception and cleaning staff were amazing. Kind, courteous, and professional. A pleasure to have met them. If back in saint john, will not think twice as where to stay.

Our suite was so much more than we expected! From the little touches to the spotlessly clean area, I have to say this was one of our favorite stops on our trip. Would definitely recommend!

Loved the suite it was quaint, clean, had all the necessary amendments. Liked that we were able to easily walk to restaurants. A few small drawbacks, one being the noise from the road and construction outside, the second being no elevator/ steep stairs.
