The room is very good. In front of the alley is Phra Khanong BTS. It must walk into the alley for about 5 minutes, but the hotel has a golf cart for transportation. The service staff are very good.

The room was nice and quite spacious. The service was amazing. We were four persons that booked for Junior Family Room that has capacity max for 3 people. They knew our room had over person, but still served 4 pax of breakfast without additional charges! They also provided a golf car for lifting and picking us up to Phra Kanong BTS, which was quite far if you decided to walk. But, most of staff can't speak English and sometimes made us frustrated. They need to call another staff by phone every time we asked something, and it took much time. But, at least, they were so polite and kind. Also, we found out that the location isn't too strategic for the food place, especially halal restaurant. The location also isn't friendly for grab driver, they tend to lost first to find that address. The best thing of this apartment is they provide a washing machine. Also, the beds is so comfy.
