Arrived at the hotel at 2 am because the flight was delayed. When I arrived, there was a security guard waiting to give me the key card. There were two of us, but there was only one key card. I've never seen this before. Normally, we need two. I wanted to go out to eat, but the other person wanted to sleep. There was only one key card. I couldn't do anything. I solved the problem by leaving the door ajar, but the door started to beep again. The security guard helped call the receptionist. But I understand because it was after-work time. It's not strange that he didn't want to come back to the hotel to get the other key card. I understand this from the perspective of others, but he should have given the customer two keys from the beginning.
And about breakfast, this was the first time that I had to book breakfast at night and a time to come down and eat in the morning because the hotel will make it according to the menu that we chose, not a buffet line, served on a tray. On the second morning, I called to ask for it to be delivered to the room, but they couldn't. I had to go down and eat. I just wanted the hotel to be convenient. It wasn't very convenient for the guests.
The room was okay. I booked a room that was clearly separated and clean. Overall, it wasn't that bad. But if you ask if I would come back to stay again, I probably wouldn't.
