What stood out most of all to me was how all the associates were so nice, welcoming and very hospitable. The hotel is very nice, clean and very well located, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet close to any attractive location. I love to walk so I walk to everywhere but if you don’t, one thing that also surprised me is that the city has a program which hotels give a voucher to every visitor which allows you to use the public transportation for free within the city of Geneva during your whole stay. The only negative of the hotel to me was the breakfast. It cost 19.50 Swiss Franc, about $25 which is not bad but there’s not much to offer, the selection of food is very minimal making this price a little bit hefty. I highly recommend this hotel to any kind of traveller: solo, like me, family or group.

Spacious, clean room with large en-suite shower room, although not too keen on the frosted glass wall through to the bedroom! Firm bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good situation for our visit to Plainpalais and the city centre.

Very nice room with a large bathroom. The shower and the bed were great. This building is not “allowed” central A/C by Swiss authorities so it was quite hot.

The bed was too hard and the hotel wasn’t nice. The balcony view was not nice

Very comfortable room and bedding. Clean overall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that prices are high for the overall "package".

Linda and her coworkers at reception desk were absolutely the best. Kind and helpful. I enoyed the free breakfast buffet and facility is immaculate. Thank you.

One of the staff was rude and very reluctant to show the services, with attitude. She seemed to be racist and she also gossiped to the manager and I witnessed that. The others were fine, but the particular one ruined the whole stay and I won't come back to this hotel because of that lady. The gym was not in the hotel, but you have to go to another place, no direction, and the photos are deceptive. No mini bar or refrigerator, towels seem worn out, and the breakfast was not good

Basic hotel but clean, friendly, really good breakfast. Beware the bathrooms have frosted glass “walls” so you can see the outline of your roommate(s) showering etc…

This is a hotHELL. The worst hotel we’ve stayed in: no AC but a portable supposedly AC that is so NOISY we hardly slept. (Geneva law supposedly bans AC but a big fan would have been better or a modern unit without this huge pipe which pushes hot air out!) Bathroom door has no locks No night tables but a small cavity to put your belongings. The plugs are tricky. The only good thing is the response from the receptionist who tried. AVOID this hotHELL by no means. Oh no parking either..

Comfortable and easy to get to

Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and great shower. Short walk to tram stop.

Solid hotel. The staff was friendly, room was clean, shower was great, balcony was nice. The glass water bottle provided to take fresh tasty drinkable water from the tab was lovely. The location is a little off the center. And the Expedia VIP service was nearly not existing. It’s more like a good 3-star hotel rather than 4-star. I liked my stay all in all.
