Linda and her coworkers at reception desk were absolutely the best. Kind and helpful. I enoyed the free breakfast buffet and facility is immaculate. Thank you.

One of the staff was rude and very reluctant to show the services, with attitude. She seemed to be racist and she also gossiped to the manager and I witnessed that. The others were fine, but the particular one ruined the whole stay and I won't come back to this hotel because of that lady. The gym was not in the hotel, but you have to go to another place, no direction, and the photos are deceptive. No mini bar or refrigerator, towels seem worn out, and the breakfast was not good

Basic hotel but clean, friendly, really good breakfast. Beware the bathrooms have frosted glass “walls” so you can see the outline of your roommate(s) showering etc…

This is a hotHELL. The worst hotel we’ve stayed in: no AC but a portable supposedly AC that is so NOISY we hardly slept. (Geneva law supposedly bans AC but a big fan would have been better or a modern unit without this huge pipe which pushes hot air out!) Bathroom door has no locks No night tables but a small cavity to put your belongings. The plugs are tricky. The only good thing is the response from the receptionist who tried. AVOID this hotHELL by no means. Oh no parking either..

Comfortable and easy to get to

Lovely clean, comfortable hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and great shower. Short walk to tram stop.

Solid hotel. The staff was friendly, room was clean, shower was great, balcony was nice. The glass water bottle provided to take fresh tasty drinkable water from the tab was lovely. The location is a little off the center. And the Expedia VIP service was nearly not existing. It’s more like a good 3-star hotel rather than 4-star. I liked my stay all in all.

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The rooms were small and spare. The location is convenient for city walking and access to local restaurants, but not picturesque. The only down side was the second hand smoke which can in from the neighboring balconys. This made us close our windows when we would have otherwise kept them open.

Location was central … everything was in walkable distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again

حجزي كان لاستديو مع مطبخ. يتوفر في الغرفة ثلاجة وإبريق للتسخين إضافة إلى صانعة القهوة، ويتم توفير القهوة والشاي مجاناً يومياً، إضافة إلى عدد من معدات الطبخ، ومايكرويف، إضافة إلى التلفزيون بالطبع. لا يتوفر تكييف في الغرفة، عدا مروحة كهربائية. مساحة الغرفة لشخص أو شخصين معقولة، ولكن خزانة الملابس مفتوحة وليس لها أبواب، ما قد يؤثر على رائحة الملابس أثناء الطبخ. الفندق ليس ببعيد عن محطة القطار الرئيسية (gare cornavin) يمكنك الوصول إليها بالباص بعد أربع أو خمس محطات. قريب من الفندق سوبرماركت (Coop) وعدد من المطاعم، من بينها مطعم لبناني، إضافة إلى محل بيع خطوط الهاتف. الموظفين متعاونين وودودين إلى آخر درجة.

I didn't get to go. My mother got sick. I tried to postpone it until January. The hotel declined.

Overall it was a good stay for 2 nights. It was clean and neat. It was nice that the reception asked us when should the housekeeping clean the room. The semi transparent glass wall between the room and bathroom was not what we expected.

Rooms are nice, clean, neat, and organized. Not so crazy about the bathroom with semi transparent glass wall!!

Staff were excellent and so helpful, room spotless. Was missing a fridge which I felt was needed. There were restaurants etc within walking distance but it’s not the central area, and lots of places were closed for some reason, or not serving food. Free travel card was great, although I walked the 20mins to the lake most days as it was nice weather. Would like a recycling bin in the room for plastic bottles
