Khách sạn hơi xuống cấp, phòng mình ở 515 cửa nhà vệ sinh bị hư rất khó mở, nhưng nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Nhân viên chuẩn, ăn sáng không buffet nhưng ăn 1 tô + 1 ly rất chất lượng. Nói chung theo đánh giá tổng quan thì mình vẫn hài lòng về khách sạn từ dịch vụ đến sự thân thiện của mọi người.
