It was great. The staff sent the shuttle even though our plane got in an hour later than expected after midnight. They offered extra comforter for the sofa bed. Everything was clean and comfortable. The gym was easy to do a workout in

Washing machines were dirty but at least they came with the cost of the room. Need better blackout curtains. Nice people, helpful.

This is an extended stay facility so it will not have daily maid service

It was a pretty nice and quiet property during our stay in Fairbanks. I just wish the bed had been a king instead of a queen. I didn’t see a king while booking. Staff was nice. There is no breakfast on the property but they don have a 24hr snack shop. Free laundry room next to the gym. I would recommend

We stayed here for one night and was happy that there was adequate food available in the hotel store since all the restaurants nearby were closed when we arrived.

The place is excellent, but there is no cleaning service in the room so that makes it a little difficult

Website/reservation didn't make it clear that you had to reserve the aiport shuttle. When I asked the front desk for the shuttle the gal picked up the phone and said "we have an unscheduled pickup" when the shuttle was unavailable she called a Taxi saying the same thing in a condescending tone. Ma'am we require a 2 hour notice for the aiport taxi. She then left the front desk and never came back. Hotel accommodations didn't make uo for the lack of hospitality. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

As a new mom, I just needed a weekend getaway to recharge. The only complaint I have is how loud the heater fan is when it is running. But other than that, my stay was quiet and uneventful, just what I needed. 🙂

Nice hotel. I would stay there again. However. the pillows were not comfortable.

Awesome place to stay! Very clean annd comfortable with a location that is convenient to all of Fairbanks! Absolutely wonderful staff that makes the difference and makes you feel welcome! Nina and Mahla were THE BEST! We will definitely be back!

It was clean, I like the computer desk connection to kitchen table in the studio set up, I work virtually, the room had the best set up for business travelers.
