The location was great. Across the street from the train station, neat Prado , Royal Botanical Gardens, Regina Sofia Museum.

The staff were extremely helpful. I was impressed with the accommodations cleanliness and quality of the linens

The room was great the employees where amazing and when we went out and returned their was always cold lime water to hydrate us. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

I had an outstanding stay at Only You Atocha and cannot say enough good things about the experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional customer service. During my stay, I lost my cell phone, along with my ID, debit card, and credit cards. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Samuel went above and beyond to help me. He was professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to assisting me throughout the process. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help made a difficult experience much easier to manage. Samuel’s outstanding service reflects very positively on Only You Atocha, and I am extremely grateful for everything he did. Employees like him are rare and deserve recognition. I highly recommend Only You Atocha to anyone looking for excellent accommodations and customer service that truly exceeds expectations. Great looking and clean place! Plenty of food options avaible and the staff was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of! It is right outside of the train station which was very convenient. Outside is under construction which was a little annoying but nothing crazy. Overall a good stay!

Really nice hotel very close to train station. There are restaurants and a cafe in the hotel so you don’t have to leave. Room was overall nice though our king bed was 2 double beds pushed together each with separate sheets so it was like we were sleeping in different beds right next to each other. Unfortunately there was construction right outside that went all night.

Super convenient to the Atocha train station.

The staff are first rate. Due to no fault of the hotel night work was carried out right next to our window and on the second night of our stay. A crane was employed all night with the construction lighting impacting the room even with curtains drawn. The noise of the crane and the loud conversations continued all night. I think a hotel’s worth is measured in how they respond. When reported at check out they apologised and immediately waived the cost of breakfast for our stay. We will absolutely return to this hotel for its breakfast service and wonderful top floor bar and tapas. This is an hotel that values its guests.

Great experience on Only you Atocha, the staff are very helpful and hard workers. The food is great and the price are ok. Everything important on Madrid is close from this Hotel. You have the train station, Metro, buses and anything you want to rent to move around the city. Breakfast in the morning are Amazing, one of the best . Staff always very nice, everything is clean. The view on the top of the restaurant is beautiful and the price for what we paid is inexpensive. If one day back to Madrid I believe this Hotel will be my fist option. We really enjoyed our stay at Only You Hotel Atocha! A great location, just steps away from the Atocha metro station, and a short walk to Retiro Park. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout our visit and leading up to it as well - our flight was scheduled to arrive after the check in window and they were very helpful with this. The room was great, with air conditioning and free wifi, a TV, nice bathroom, vanity, and a balcony. Be aware that there is construction going on outside the hotel right now, and the walls are thin, but this didn't bother us too much. We really enjoyed our visit and would visit again next time we're in Madrid!

Clean hotel and cool. Rooms were great.

Staff was kind and offered suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Rooms where cleaned daily, left new towels and new bedsheets. Overall great experience
