Arrived at the hotel around 8:30 pm. It took over an hour to get correct instructions to park the vehicle offsite at a public parking garage. They have less than limited parking as advertised. The hotel has 200 rooms and less than 20 onsite spots. The hotel has a restaurant! Upon arrival we learned it was closed. It was open for a bus load of tourists and that’s it. We headed out to find a restaurant nearby but came up empty. The kitchens were all closed so we went to bed hungry. The rooms do not have AC another frustration that resulted in this hotel experience being absolutely abysmal

Staff was very kind and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was amazing. The room was a little small, but the price wasn't outrageous. The location was close to downtown shopping and public transportation. Reduced-price parking was nice, but spots were taken pretty quickly, depending on the time of day. Overall, I will recommend it to others.

I come every year on business and I always come back to the Elite Mimer. I travel a lot as part of my job, but I get hands down the best sleep here. Mattresses you sink into, excellent showers and full length baths to soak weary bones. The restaurant is incredible too- cannot recommend highly enough!

Where to start.... We were given a room in the basement where only a small window, could not be opened. The worst thing was the bed, which was just a closet bed, with an incredibly thin mattress. As this was one of the most expensive hotels in the city, one expects a proper bed, after 8 hours drive. Got no understanding or option for upgrade from hotel reception, lousy service, then called Hotels.com who are always helpful, they arranged with upgrade and a small compensate. The new room had at least a good bed, but also here it was not possible to open the window and there was no air in the room, nor was it possible to adjust the temperature, so it turned out to be a really bad experience. It looked like the upgraded room we got, was from someone else who had complained, because the toilet was used. We had booked a standard double room, got one which was more like economy room. With my e 70+ nights a year, I highly recommend not booking this hotel, my worst experience in many years.

It was a great stay but unacceptable breakfast time. It starts very late.

New and clean. But a bit too cold. Thermostat Can’t be adjusted to higher.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt, med gode luftemuligheter for deg som har hund. Rent og pent, med god frokost. Vær oppmerksom på at hotellet leier ut til arrangementer og bryllup, så det kan være støy utover kvelden. Kun noen få rom har mulighet for streaming til TV. Parker i parkeringshuset rett bak hotellet – unngå hotellets få plasser foran. Parkeringsvaktene er svært aktive, og du kan få bot selv om bilen bare står litt utenfor oppmerket plass.

The gym was quite underwhelming, but it was good enough to get a workout in. It was a bit strange that a hotel of this standard was playing loud music—apparently from the hotel restaurant—until after midnight. It carried a little too well into our room on the second floor. Good breakfast.

Väldigt få parkeringar framför hotellet med det finns Navet en bit bakom hotellet ett stort parkeringshus 👍 Toppen. 140 kr för 24 timmar. Sämre städat. Skräp ”damm” på golvet och duschen var dåligt städad 👎

Hyggelig personale. Romslig rom med gode senger. Parkeringshus med god plass inntil hotellet. God frokost med godt utvalg. Savnet lunsj og middagsservering som var midlertidig stengt.

Toaletten va inte ren. Hårda sängar. Dålig service i repan. Ensam tjej jobbade på kvällen och fick springa massor för att de va glömt att vi skulle ha en extrasäng till kidsen. Vi fick vänta till 21, sen inchekning pga miss i planering.
