Great food options!

Great place! First time there and wlil definitely be back! Great property!

The property is improved since 2023 but still has some ways to go before it can be regarded as a great place to stay.

The staff was incredible all the way around. Front desk awesome, valet awesome, spa staff so helpful and kind. My only drawback was that the dining experience wasnt that great in the main restaurant. Service was super slow and the food was just OK. But I didn't get a chance to try the new japanese restaurant that opened up there and I heard it's great.

Nice property as advertised

Great time overall. Nice hotel. Been here before. One of the hot tubs was dirty. Staff seemed afraid to talk to me.

Caution, caution, caution! The Expedia price does not include the $—resort fee and the $— parking fee. Nor other fees! Plan on paying over $$$ more than the price listed on Expedia

We were told at the front desk that our room had a mountain view, but it was on the side of the building, not the backside slopes that we asked for. He changed our room to another room on the same side after a 3 hour wait. Very disappointing. Then, dinner at Gessner was an even more disappointing experience.

Amazing experience

Very nice property at actually quite a decent price. $250 for the room in the off season. Parking was very expensive though… $55 valet plus you’re expected to tip.

The hotel was overall very upscale and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing! The valet staff were always quick and kind and the shuttle that took us to the village was very convenient. I would definitely book here again no issues whatsoever!

The rooms were cleaned everyday we loved that they would come back later when asked! The staff was amazingly nice. The Japanese restaurant was my favorite. Taking the shuttle to the villages was also convenient. The whole area was beautiful. Aspen was two hours drives away only and it was so scenic. Check the plumbing and fridges and make sure AC/heater works as always recommended with each hotel.

The ski valet service is really helpful. The Japanese restaurant Makoto is great.
