La habitación es bonita y muy espaciosa, pero el diseño es poco funcional y extraño. No cuenta con una superficie donde apoyar las maletas. No cuenta con una mesa en la cual usar un computador, sólo unas pequeñas mesas de café. Cuenta con un muro sobresaliente de 3m de ancho y 15cm de espesor con la unica función de colocar un marco de luces alrededor que termina por imitar una ventana. La ventana tiene termopanel, pero no aisla el ruido de la calle. La separación entre dormitorio y el Acceso/Closet/Baño es mediante una pared deslizante de vidrio que no separa mucho en lo visual ni lumínico, menos aún en los sonidos, y que además tiene la particularidad de que bloquea la única toma salida de aire del dormitorio. El control de las luces se realiza solamente desde un lado de la cama, por lo que un lado está sumido en la absoluta oscuridad hasta despertar al otro. La iluminación del baño y particularmente del espejo es tenue, en el mejor de los casos, y la usuaria tuvo muchos problemas para maquillarse producto de la poca iluminación (focos dicroicos direccionales). El lavamanos y el baño en general carece de espacios para poder colocar los productos de tocador propios, pese a tener un enorme vanitorio y lavamanos que son grandes sólo por lo estético y no en lo funcional. El desayuno es bueno, el SPA es bueno, la atención es buena. Pero el diseñador de las habitaciones tiene muchas explicaciones que dar.

The manager was cool and did his absolute best. But I wouldn't recommend it or go back there. Neighborhood was safe

Helpful and friendly staff, location in very pleasant area close to metro station (10 min walk away). Very close to great parks.

The location is fantastic, with the mountain on one side (good for at least a full afternoon of exploring with the zoo, cable cars, fenicular, Japonese garden, walking trails, etc) and a lively area of downtown a few minutes walk in the other direction (South America's largest sky scraper, many restaurants and bars, very walkable area). I felt safe walking day and night. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool looked nice, but was too cold for swimming (nights are cold; days are hot). The breakfast was fantastic. Bit pricey, but would stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful hotel in a great/safe area with the national park on your door step as well as the Costenera Tower and shopping centre 15 min walk away. The hotel served a lovely breakfast and all staff were friendly and helpful and happy to hold your bags after checkout. The rooftop pool was a welcome cooldown after walking around all day and was a lovely area to relax in the evenings with amazing views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Only downside is our room was on the busy roadfront which was noisy.

Great hotel in a beautiful part of Santiago. Hotel is very clean and modern with spacious rooms and an excellent rooftop pool with views of mountains and the city. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags securely for us. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning did not work and staff had no contingency - not even a pedestal fan! They said because it is new years day they cannot get it fixed. Our room was disgustingly hot and we had our front and rear door open just to get airflow. We decided not to complain further during our stay as it was already late and we needed to keep our bags there for 6 days which we were very grateful they could facilitate. I dont think its acceptable to have no solution to the rooms being 30C+ and given the issue was present before our check in the least they could have done is advise us so we could find an alternative!!!

The hotel is not as great as it was mentioned in reviews. In fact I cancelled my reservation at Radisson blue based on reviews in expedia and made a reservation at Ladera for a much higher price. The stay was not great and breakfast option is very limited. Later I booked in Solace Hotel in Santiago and is way much better than Ladera. Overall I wouldn’t recommend Ladera Hotel.

Staff, from front desk to breakfast crew to the manager, all exceptional. Breakfast was delicious! Ladera Boutique Hotel will be my future go-to for a comfortable and elegant stay!

Perfect spot to stay in the City, especially enjoyed our room, the daily breakfast, and spa amenities. Staff were exceptionally helpful.
