Very lovely staff and big rooms

Would recommend the The Editory House Ribeira in Porto. Staff were super friendly, not only upon arrival but throughout our whole trip. Our room was always well maintained and clean which made it the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring!

Great stay

Very nice location, but can be loud as we have motorcycles roaring outside our window at night. Also the rooms don’t have all the amenities, like milk/creamer for coffees and it was challenge to obtain that for morning coffee. Staff were very friendly.

Convenient location.

Had a fantastic stay and the front of house staff were lovely. They answered all questions and spoke very good English as well. Excellent location. Rooms are unique and very clean. Will be back if in Porto!

Not good at all

Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Great communication when I asked for assistance booking transport to the airport. The location is perfect - a two minute walk to the river, lively street during the day but it was quiet at night. Many restaurants in the area. The room was clean and modern. I’d stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly situated in Porto’s historic centre & an ideal base, close to all of the major attractions. The hotel decor is modern, with a nod to the past, and kept spotlessly clean and well maintained. My room was spacious and well equipped, with a lovely buffet breakfast provided in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly be very happy to return.

It was so great to have such knowledgeable and friendly staff to help me out as I am senior gal traveling alone. They had the answers to it all!!!

Nice clean property. Heating didn't work and it was cold but they were nice enough to send up a portable heater
