Nous vivons choisi une chambre avec vue sur la piscine sans balcon, on voyait à peine la piscine, on voyait quelques plantes et pas l’extérieur. Nous avons trouvé un élastique à cheveux et un papillon de boucle d’oreille sur le plancher, est ce que le ménage avait été bien fait???

Room was very nice. Property clean and well maintained. Pretty loud outside our room in the morning. Disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, nor anyplace on property to get coffee. But overall, very good experience.

I think check in should be in 3 times in day!

La chambre était juste ok pas de wow. La salle de bain etait tellement petite que l'on ne pouvait rien déposer nulle part. Et un bain douche comme à la maison. Les tapis des couloirs étaient pleins de résidus. On est arrivé dans un gros party de mariage. Le son et les cris dans le tapis. Le lundi, on part et on décide d aller manger au restaurant de l'hotel pour les encourager. Le serveur était somme tout débutant j imagine. Le repas de ma fille il n y avait pas la moitié de ce qui etait écrit sur le menu. Mon repas. Ils n ont pas mis mes oeufs pour mon déjeuner. Il n y avait pas foule ce matin-là. Ce n'est pas comme si l'on était au brunch du dimanche. Au prix demandé pour 2 déjeuners ça m a coûté 50$ excessif un peu. Pour 2 minis croissants et chocolatine. Je ne crois pas que je vais retourner à cet hôtel.

The whole experience was amazing! Hotel staff was super friendly, the tropical garden was amazing and our room was great too. Too bad there was so much construction going around the hotel, it really took away from exploring around the hotel.

Fabulous room with balcony overlooking the pool and spa like facilities. Felt like a holiday even though I was there for work. Staff bilingual, incredibly helpful, well run, good value depending- close to shopping and food. Would most definitely return!

Nice hotel, really relaxing like your vacation

La chambre à côté de ascenseur pas fort le bruit très fort puis changer de chanbre très bruyant dans le passage et après je faire sortir de la piscine por un événement sans explication pas sur dit retourner y a plusieurs autre hôtel à Québec 2e fois au même hôtel.

Le déjeuner n'était pas très chaud et semblait être dans le réchaud depuis un petit bout temps. Difficulté avec les serrures (poignée porte balcon, porte salle de bain.).

I could live in this hotel! Loved sitting on my balcony overlooking the pool and tropical garden. I ate a few meals this way. Very nice, clean, warm pool and spa. The room was large, stylish, comfortable and quiet. Staff was so helpful, even the housekeeping staff. I was traveling by myself internationally for the first time, at 74, and they were more than generous with their time and language help. Exploring the Old City of Quebec was only made better by the rewards of Hotel Plaza Quebec. (A wedding reception was taking place in the tropical garden when I arrived. Couldn't have been more beautiful). There are 7 Hotels by Jaro in area. Some more kid activity friendly.

Not my favorite, next time I will choose a different place.
