I think there should be grab bars in the shower. It would be much safer especially for older people like us

Family friendly. Hard in the morning because of the construction close by but not the hotels fault. Pretty good experience.

The hotel was great. It would have been better with more coffee pods available for a bigger room with 4 people. Im really hoping the constructions ends soon in the area because driving is a disaster

Lots of activities for kids, a bit noisy in the evening if you have a room with atrium view.

Overall, a really good stay for the price. The rooms are modern and comfy (a bit on the small side but totally fine), and the indoor pool was perfect to relax after a busy day in the city. It’s about a 20-minute drive to Old Quebec, which worked well for us. The only thing to know is there’s a lot of construction around right now, so getting in and out can be a bit of a detour. Other than that, I’d definitely stay here again

Loved this place! Clean, convenient, friendly staff, cool amenities, great price. Only thing bad was ongoing construction around the hotel, but otherwise great spot!

Very nice and helpful staff. Pool, spa and pool area needs a complete refurbishement (old and very used).

Loved the atmosphere. Restaurant inside the hotel was excellent. All staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I want to start off by saying that the staff were amazing and very kind. I’m not one to complain or leave negative reviews but I was very disappointed with my stay. I wanted to take myself for a relaxing trip to Quebec and when I arrived I was put in a room on the first floor (the basement). The hallway smelled for starters and when I got into my room it was very underwhelming. I have stayed in nicer motels in random Prairie towns. The toilet seat was broken so I kept falling into the toilet and at about 3am a horrible beeping started and wouldn’t stop. The hallway was very noisy and you could hear every sound from the neighbour. I complained on my second day and they kindly moved me to a room on the 6th floor. While the room was nicer, I was disappointed when I finally showered, got into bed ready to unwind, and the tv didn’t work. At this point I didn’t want to complain again. Really disappointed with my stay, and with the fact that I paid $330 on it, when I could have stayed somewhere much nicer for that price. Again, staff were amazing, and food was nice. I just think this is more of a 2 star experience than an apparent 4 star.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities for kids. We will try the rest

We chose the hotel due to the pool area which was fine. There are a lot of areas of the hotel that are worn down and in disrepair. Specifically the elevators, the hallway carpets, the arcade and play area for kids downstairs. At almost $400 a night I was a bit surprised and didn’t think that reflected the price point.
