We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.

Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. The east side of the hotel is close to a very busy road which is either a good or bad thing depending on whether you like a gentle traffic hum at night or not. The only big downside is that you dont' access via the front of the theme park which means you don't see the awesome park entrance.

Loved the hotel and the little details eg mouse, waste bin shoes, they put a smile on my face. The staff were fantastic. Really enjoyed my stay/. Thank you. Will visit again and will definitely recommend it.

Convenient to the park, reception staff really helpful, friendly, polite. Breakfast options were limited and the lifts took a very long time.

Amazing wish we had more time here. Efteling was so fun!

Lovely hotel and staff but you really need a car to get around as there isn’t anything close by easily accessible by foot

"Magical" hotel with all the atmosphere of Efteling and surprising touches. Renovated bathrooms, great dinner, nice staff. Checkout at 10.30 is a bit early but as a compensation you get an entrance 30mn earlier than regular Efteling guests.

Excellent location, room and breakfast; friendly and helpful staff; right next to the theme park

The only reason to stay at this hotel is the easiness of going in and out of Efteling park. The hotel feels old, the staff is not the most friendly one. Everything feels very basic in the room, the beds, showers etc.

This hotel is absolutely adorable. The staff are amazing, the rooms are really cute and comfortable, and the location for visiting Efteling is great.

Great hotel and theme park. Lots of magical touches and ideal location. We took advantage of early access then took a break during the peak time and returned early evening which meant we barely had to queue for rides.

It was so sweet. The room has such gorgeous little details that make it magical. The bed was so comfortable, shower was great, staff were lovely. The bonus early entry and easy entry to the park was super.

This was a charming and convenient hotel for visiting Efteling. The staff and service were bright and cheerful. I felt very welcomed. Visiting Efteling alone from the United States and unsure of a variety of things, the Efteling Hotel staff were incredibly helpful with any assistance I needed and helped me feel comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Der Aufenthalt war grandios. Vom Personal über das Zimmer , das Frühstück inkkusive des Service Personals . Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir planen schon unsere nöchste Reise in das Efteling Hotel . Ein großes Lob .

Het hotel ligt vlakbij het park. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Vriendelijk team. Enig minpuntje: in het restaurant mag er meer gepoetst worden. Eten aan een plakkende tafel en stoelen is niet fijn. Er zijn slechts 2 liften, ze zijn drukbezet.

O hotel é bem legal, pertinho do parque, da um acesso exclusivo ao parque e pode entrar e sair quantas vezes quiser, isso é ótimo. A decoração é legal, o café da manhã é muito bom. A única coisa que não achei legal foi um check in tarde e um check out muito cedo. Além de que a equipe de limpeza entrou no nosso quarto três vezes em quanto nos trocávamos, mesmo a porta estando fechada. E já tínhamos avisado que não estávamos prontos, mas o check out sendo às 10h30, tivemos que sair logo.
