Medium. Bed was comfy but the room was a little run down. View was awesome

Good property, and very clean room and good breakfast. Only disapointed point was pagamento was duplicated even if it was done through Expedia. I claimed and it was cancels but cost difference was happened due to transaction timing.

The building needs a lot of updates. Some dirty spots in the room and toilet ,but ok .not big deal . Whatever when I arrived at night my room looks was dark, because the 2 main lights were burned out, I called the reception, I was told that there was no maintenance, only the next day! unbelievable, I couldn't work, I decided not to stay at the hotel.

Standard ibis. Decent room. A little dated. Needs upgrade on bathrooms and hallway smell. Other than that it was good.

December is a rainy month around this area. This is the best choice of a hotel for who is going to do business in SLZ

Very nice hotel. They are very accommodating and friendly. I do not know Portuguese, however, they use translate to help.

I expected a compact basic room - that is the Ibis business model but I did not expect mold in the shower which was not fixed on request. I expected limited TV but I did not expect that half of the listed channels were showed as unavailable. I tried the restaurant but only ate half the meal - way below the good food normally found throughout Brasil. Very disappointing - I'll look for another hotel for my next visit.

Very nice hotel, great staff. Not a lot to do or eat close by - plan to Uber everywhere.

It was nice and pleasant stay. The hotel is well located. The room is simple, following Ibis standard. It was clean and the bed was big enough and comfortable.

Staff were friendly and provided good service. None of the reception spoke English, but the Manager did and ensured our requirements were met. Rooms were very basic with the absolute minimum of facilities. Location is in safe area but transport is required to get to good restaurants.

Não tive muita sorte na minha estadia, a princípio não pude entrar no quarto, aparentou problema na porta , até então tudo bem pois fui transferido para um outro quarto. Banheiro a água demora muito esquentar , aparelho sanitário parecia não tá bem fixado , ou seja , fazia um certo movimento quando estava usando , e para piorar o ar condicionado parou na última noite. Não tenho como dizer que foi bom .

Quarto péssimo, falta limpeza, vazamento na parede mofada, cheia de massa, pintura antiga e manchada. O banheiro é de dar nojo, pia rachada, cheio de mofo, teto de pvc manchado, ralos entupidos, tanto da pia, quanto do box. Pra fechar a porta do quarto era preciso muita força. As amenidades simplesmente não existem, apenas um minúsculo sabonete. Nem uma lixeirinha de apoio existia no quarto. Horrível e totalmente incoerente com o valor da diária. As mesas do espaço destinado ao café da manhã eram sebosas, sequer forram uma toalha, tudo horroroso. Jamais voltarei.

Hotel com excelente estrutura. Localização muito boa.
