4 star hotel is very nice, central, walking distance to old town. The hotel's dining room is beautifully decorated and luxurious, and the Azerbaijani buffet breakfast is included in the room price. Around the hotel are many small supermarkets for sale, and eateries. Who needs and likes Caspian Palace hotel is a great choice.
