Really beautiful area affordable price and great room , big master, nice and clean with beautiful view

I have stayed at various places all around Ruidoso and this place was my favorite! It had beautiful views and you really felt the "Ruidoso" experience. My family also realy liked this place. It was cozy, quiet, clean and family oriented. Will definitely be back.

When booking the room there was no menyion that the pool and hot tub had been closed due to "not having the chemicals right" which having the pool/ hot tub was a major selling point when booking. Also the screen door going out to the deck was broken and couldn't be opened along with the DVD player was broken and my daughter was unable to watch the movies she wanted. Friendly front staff on Saturday 3/29.

The property sits atop a mountain ridge that oversees the Ruidoso NM village below. We had a nice quiet stay. The property management was kind and helpful. The property is older. Everything was clean and in working order. Our two bedroom apartment was one of the cleanest stays we had ever had anywhere. It is a great value. The spa/hot-tub was not available when we were there. The indoor pool was nice. It is a pet free property. If you are booking during the snowy season, be sure to bring snow chains and a four wheel drive vehicle. We will definitely stay there again.

Very scenic and quiet!

It had an air BNB feel

Everything in this property was great. From the area where its located, To everything in & out the Condo. The parking, The rooms, The space, The Balcony/Patio view and also the items left in the condo for people to use. Even though i didn’t use any since I carry my own. I still found that amazing. I dont know why people complain about this items when you can go buy or carry your own. Also the front desk & staff where very helpful and friendly. Place feels like an apartment. I will definitely stay here again. 10/10

Its nice

It was a great place to stay with my family. Cozy, had fun and good nature view. Only issue was the tub was easily clogged and dumpsters were quite far. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

They have a family with children upstairs. They were running jumping and banging the floor. We couldn’t rest. Wont stay on the bottom floor on that property again

Update,, we were billed again upon arrival at front desk,, but payment was returned 48hrs ltr. Gotta say hated the double payment,, but it was returned. So would like to update to 4 stars,
