Very strategic location! Right in front of Don Quijote Kokusai Dori, 8-10 min walk to Monorail (Miebashi Station), lots of bus stops as well. The room is big for the price. It feels old but still nice! Have air conditioning so no worries when I was staying for winter. There is a coin laundry on the 4th floor and vending machines on each floor, I think.
