Very strategic location! Right in front of Don Quijote Kokusai Dori, 8-10 min walk to Monorail (Miebashi Station), lots of bus stops as well. Room is big for the price, Feels old but still nice! Have air conditioning so no worries when I was staying for winter. Have coin laundry at 4th floor and vending machines in each floor I think.
