I checked in late, but Thibault who was on reception couldn’t have been more helpful. He let me park my motorcycle in the rear compound so it stayed safe over night. So very glad pressed my his professional approach and nothing was too much for him. Definitely stay here again

Great location for train, bus, and tram. But inside - Plain white corridors and rooms made it seem like a hospital ward! No chairs, only a stool. Noisy from the street below until after midnight.

There are much nicer areas in Caen. This is very close to the train and rental cars, but there are a lot of people hanging out in front of the building. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

Booked for a 3-night stay . Hotel has NO parking at all. You must park in street blocks away. Staff was not very hospitable or knowlegeable.The room was as big as a small closet with a bunkbed over the main bed with barely enough room for a child, let alone a full grown man.Asked several times for refund so we could move along to better accomidations,but the manager was a ghost. Expedia could not even reach this person. Do not book here unless you expect nothing more than a Hostel!

It's in kind of a slummy area. If you're staying for one or two nights it's good. If you are staying longer you might want a little more modern and bigger room. But it was ok.

Dirty, old, malfunctions, gangster hood, someone offered us drugs as we were walking in, hairs and nails in the shower, stains all over the floor. I would most definitely NOT recommend! The only positive aspect was the young gentleman working the front desk that was very nice and polite

No parking, clean room but had to close windows because of the noise. This made the room and sticky

No kettle or coffee making equipment

The hotel was ok relatively clean and tidy but not in the nicest area although handy for the train station (right opposite) Staff were very helpful can’t praise them enough Price probably reflected the area

Upon arrival we were told only one of our two reserved rooms would be available. We were told all the other available rooms had been booked by a large group. We were able to find a much nicer, cleaner hotel close by the train station.

the hotel has a great location - right across from the train/bus station, which was convenient for me. the area is not the greatest though, as staff has to let you in (to block questionable people from entering). overall, I had a good stay

This was a great cheap place to stay. The beds were comfortable, pillows were good. And the place was clean. Only dislike was the amount of people smoking in the halls and too.s and right outside our window! As non smokers this is really unpleasant. But in Europe it seems smoking is pretty common still.
