Amazing for business and super friendly staff

Great hotel, nice and central

Clean, comfortable, good stable WiFi, nice gym, close to metro station, overall great value!

Very good service and well located.

This was my fourth stay at Rosh Rayhan. As usual it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room (213) was very clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent, polite and prompt. However the room had some issues (no sound from TV, only a third of the channels were working, the espresso machine had a broken pedestal) that were fixed quickly. The location of 213 on the side street (south of hotel) was a bit problematic as there is construction going on that starts at dawn, and on one night even before dawn! So perhaps avoid that side of the hotel if you're a light sleeper. Restaurant team at breakfast was, as usual, wonderful and very friendly. I'd especially like to thank Roudaina, Mary, Abbas and Faiz. Thanks RR team!

Overall ok. Hotel was clean however looked a little outdated. They had an issue with hot water and we did not get hot water in the shower. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and needs.

Very nice staff so friendly and helpful

Fourth time to stay at Rosh Rayhan. I checked in late and was given a small room with no view that looked onto an internal dark atrium and no sun. But the next day I spoke with Hala at the front desk and she expertly and quickly managed to find an alternate room that was bigger and with sunlight. Transfering rooms was super smooth. Thank you, Hala! I like Rosh Rayhan because it feels different from the other global branded hotels that are all alike around the world. Yet it maintains top level of cleanliness, great service, and convenience, at a reasonable price. Rosh Rayhan is my go to hotel in Riyadh.

Amazing one of the best hotel i ever stay

Amazing hotel

The staff were tremendously helpful. A quick, simple and courteous check in, the concierge team are super helpful, smiley and engaging. We were offered a choice of room on arrival, and being a family of four we opted for the twin room (the beds weren’t big enough for four) but it was enough for two nights. The most impressive things; the gym is fantastic, the staff are helpful and engaging with children and we asked for a late check out and was given 3 additional hours, as well as baggage storage. Great hotel to stay at in a prime location.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. Between the road noise, hoovering the halls at 4am and the in-room alarm clock randomly going off, is didn’t sleep well.
