A wonder little hotel on the top of the hill, just below the castle. Be forwarned, driving here is not for the faint of heart with tiny roads, many turns, no signage. But once we checked in, the gentleman at the desk showed us where to overnight park. This was an old, medieval building at on time, but nicely renovated. The breakfast was excellent! Loved it!

A stunning little hotel, in the middle of one of the most amazing towns in all of Spain.

It's a great place to stay, a restaurant I strongly suggest visiting. The only one problem is parking, but it's mostly because the whole city is a castle, so you need to circle around to understand where parking is

This was a great place to stay. Great location, nice staff, lovely room and amenities. If I have one criticism it would be the use of paper cups in the bathroom. And only two at that! Seems out of sync with the price we paid for the stay - it was the most expensive of the five hotels we stayed at during our seven-day road trip in this part of Spain.

Last minute booking, we felt very lucky to get this hotel. Very central in the small town, full of friendly people. Great food at the hotel, massive portions of great quality local produce. Very friendly and helpful staff , this hotel is a hidden gem.

I was concerned when we were given the room right next to the elevator, but it was not a problem at all. There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway/staircase during the day, but a set of french doors in the hall blocked it at night. The room was spacious and had a mini-fridge. The bed was very comfortable. A second chair in the room would have been welcomed. The parking is a little ways from the hotel and the town is on a mountain side; so I recommend packing light:0)

In a beautiful building, tastefully converted. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. Perfect location on the principal and prettiest street in Morella. A little tricky to find as there are steps down from the street. Anyone will point you in the right direction

The location of the hotel is marvelous. The view of the valley that we had was extraordinary. The room was spacious - even my North American standards. The breakfast was mediocre - the croissants seemed stale and the yogurt was cheap. However, the coffee was fabulous.

Very central located. Nice views from the room (301)...but unfortunately extreem noise from airco/heating? on the roof?

Cardenal Ram is in a great location, occupying a stately mansion. The views are fantastic and the staff is courteous and helpful. I would recommend other restaurants in the area. Our dinner at Cardenal Ram was mediocre at best.

The hotel appears to be one of the nicer places in Morella. We had two rooms, both of which were modern, comfortable and spacious for the amount we paid. The hotel is very central to the small town and very close to the main street with lots of stores and restaurants. The provided breakfast was simple but fine. We had some problems when we checked in as they only had one of the 2 reservations in their system. A complete lack of english on their side and little spanish on our side made it tough to resolve. Ultimately they found the reservation and everything was ok. The service was less friendly than we had at other places on our trip but language may have contributed to this. There is no parking at the hotel but you can drop off bags nearby and park at a lot that is a 5-10min walk away.

Fantastic hotel, unbelievable location, outstanding service

I liked it so much I stayed an extra night. Stunning location within the old walls of the hilltop town of Morella, just below the ruins of the castle. Room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Free parking nearby at the Pl de Escudi, but takes some careful driving down some very narrow streets to get there.

We had a fantastic day in Morella with a fantastic experience at the Cardinal Ram. The staff were very accommodating. In a town that spoke little to no English, the staff tried very hard to interact with us. We had a fantastic dinner in the hotel. The waiter spoke a lot of English and was very good. Would highly recommend! Our room was spacious clean, quiet, updated and comfortable. We paid a little more for a room with a view. Would highly recommend this option.
